Pre-Arrival Information

From a guest experience point of view, most of the information is still relevant, but some parts feel outdated, too long, or not very useful for modern travelers. Today most guests already know to bring sunscreen, music devices, etc., while they usually care more about arrival process, Wi-Fi, transport, check-in details, and local tips. So the guide would be stronger if it is shorter, clearer, and focused on practical things guests really need before arriving.

Before Arrival

Welcome to Bali! To help make your stay smooth and enjoyable, please review the following information before your arrival.

Passport & Visa

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
  • Most nationalities can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VoA) at the airport (approx. IDR 500,000 / USD 35, valid for 30 days).

Airport Transfer

  • If you booked airport pickup, our driver will meet you in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name and the villa name.

Transportation During Stay

  • If you would like a motorbike, car rental, or private driver, we can help arrange this before or during your stay.

Electricity & Plugs

  • Indonesia uses Type C & F plugs (230V).
  • Some adapters are available in the villa, but bringing your own is recommended.

Special Requests

  • Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request (additional charge may apply).
  • Please inform us in advance if you have dietary restrictions or special arrangements.

On Arrival – Smooth Check-in

Passport Registration

  • Upon arrival, our staff may briefly take your passport details to comply with local guest registration regulations.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 may be required at check-in and will be returned at checkout if there are no damages or losses.

During Your Stay

Staff Service Hours

  • Villa staff typically work 09:00 – 17:00.
  • They will assist with housekeeping, breakfast preparation, and guest requests.

In-Villa Dining

  • Our staff can prepare local meals in the villa upon request. Please ask for menu options.

Security

  • Please store valuables in the safety box.
  • Always lock the villa when leaving.

Transport & Food Delivery

  • Our team can assist with taxis or transport arrangements.
  • Food delivery from nearby restaurants is also available.

On Departure

Airport Transfer

  • For international flights, we recommend leaving the villa at least 3 hours before departure time.

Before Checkout

  • Please check that you have all your belongings.
  • Leave the safe box open and return all villa keys.
